So to get started, pull down the notification panel and find the toggle which looks like it's right over here

And before you actually tap on it, you want to hold it. This will take us to the settings where we can customize exactly how it records

So on the top we have record system sound and record microphone

And normal circumstances you will be only able to record one. Although if you're recording the, well both of them, there might be a little bit of an overlap in recording
