Hi! In front of me I have Garmin VivoSmart 3 and I'm gonna show you how to

change the date and time settings on this device. First we need to wake up the

screen on our smartband. To do it simply double tap on the screen. Once you wake

up the screen, press and hold on the screen to open the menu, then swipe

downwards on the screen to scroll up to the menu and tap on the settings icon

In settings scroll down by swiping up on the screen. Find this clock icon and tap

on it and as you can see here we have option called set time and it's set to

auto. Tap on it, swipe up, select the manual option and now we can change the

time and date manually. To do it simply tap on hour and you can adjust the hour

by tapping on up and down buttons. Once you're done setting the hour tap on it

to confirm, then tap the checkmark to confirm. Now we can set the minutes, then

tap the checkmark. Here we can change between a.m. and p.m. then tap the
