Welcome! In front of me I have Xiaomi Amazfit T-Rex and I'm going to show you how to enable
0:11
the automatic heart rate detection on this device. First we need to open the ZEP app on our phone
0:20
In the app let's tap on profile. Here let's select our watch from the list of devices
0:25
Scroll down and we have option called heart rate detection. Tap on it. Here tap on detection method
0:36
and as you can see we have three options. First one is automatic heart rate detection
0:41
second one is sleep assistant and third one is automatic heart rate detection and sleep assistant
0:47
Of course at the bottom we have turn off which is selected by default. Basically stand off
0:55
If you enable automatic heart rate detection your watch basically will be
1:00
performing the heart rate measurements automatically. If you select sleep assistant you can track your sleep data basically. Your watch will be
1:13
measuring your heart rate during the sleep and then you can check the status in the app
1:19
I'm going to show you soon where. And the last option is both options enabled at the same time
1:25
For example now let's enable the automatic heart rate detection. It's going to give you a warning
1:30
about the battery life being reduced. Tap OK and here we have few options we can adjust. The first
1:38
one is detection frequency. Tap on it and here you can choose for or rather how often the watch
1:44
will be performing the heart rate detection and you can select one minute, five minutes
1:50
10 minutes and 30 minutes. I'm gonna select five minutes. Below we have activity detection option
1:56
You can enable it or disable it. You will again have the information about the reducing battery
2:01
life. If you enable it this option basically what it does is whenever you start to exercise
2:07
the watch will detect the activity and it will be increasing the detection frequency
2:14
to measure more often the heart rate so it's gonna be more accurate. And the next option is
2:22
heart rate alert. We can enable it and then we can tap on alert value and here select the
2:29
value of heart rate you want your watch to warn you. Basically if you select 140
2:36
beats per minute your watch will be warning you when you reach this value
2:43
and will tell you to slow down or something like that. Okay let's go back. Tap on detection method
2:50
and now select sleep assistant. Sleep assistant my bad. Then tap OK. You can't customize any
2:57
options if you enable sleep assistant but you can go back to the home screen of the app, home page
3:03
and here you have sleep score. You can tap on it and when you enable this sleep assist and go to
3:10
sleep you will get the data about your sleeping pattern and you can basically see if you're
3:16
sleeping well or not. I'm not sure how accurate it is but you can do it. And last option is
3:27
basically turn them on both at the same time. And then you can customize these options right here if the both of them are enabled
3:40
Okay and that's how you enable the automatic heart rate detection on this device. Thank you
3:46
