And to do this we'll need to click on our start button, then move to the settings

And right here in the system scroll down for the recovery. And here we have Reset this PC. Choose to keep or remove your personal files, then reinstall Windows

When we click on Reset PC, there's these two options. So you can keep your files, remove apps and settings, but keep your personal files like documents or everything that you keep in your user settings
