Welcome! In front of me I have Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro and I'm gonna show you
0:11
how to measure the blood oxygen levels on this device. Before we start a quick
0:17
disclaimer. If you want to get the most accurate results of your measurements
0:21
make sure to put your watch on your wrist, secure it tightly so it doesn't
0:25
move around and while you're measuring your blood oxygen levels try not to move
0:29
too much. I'm just gonna put my finger on the sensor right here on the back of
0:33
the watch but because of that my results might be not too accurate. Okay so let's
0:40
continue with the measurements. First thing you will need to do is to wake up
0:44
the screen on your watch. Then you can do it by pressing the crown button. Once you
0:49
wake up the screen press the crown button again to open the menu. Now scroll
0:54
through the menu by swiping on the screen. Find the blood oxygen level icon
0:57
the one like this. Looks like this. With the air bubbles and stuff like that. Tap on it
1:03
to open the widget and here we have the blood oxygen levels widget SPO2 as it's
1:10
called. Now I'm gonna put my finger on the sensor, tap on measure to start the
1:15
measurement and now we need to stay still and wait for the results
1:22
And here we have our results. If you want you can tap on test again to measure it
1:27
again. You can also swipe on the screen to access the information about the
1:32
automatic SPO2. And if you want to enable the automatic measurement for your blood
1:38
oxygen you need to... your watch needs to be paired with a phone via the Huawei
1:44
Health application and once the devices are paired you can open the application
1:49
on your phone, tap on devices icon, select your watch GT3 Pro from the list
1:56
Here you can scroll down, find the option called health monitoring, tap on it and
2:01
right here we have automatic SPO2. Tap on it and right here we can enable it by
2:07
tapping the switch. And now the automatic measurement for the SPO2 for the blood
2:11
oxygen levels is enabled. Be aware though if you enable the automatic measurements
2:16
the battery life on your watch will shorten basically. You can also enable
2:22
the low SPO2 alert. So if you're scared of having a low blood oxygen levels you
2:31
can select one of the thresholds and if you reach it or go below it the watch
2:35
will inform you about that. So if you select one of the levels, tap on OK, it's
2:40
gonna be enabled. Okay I'm just gonna disable this now and close the app. But
2:45
that's how you enable the automatic blood oxygen levels monitoring. And that's how you measure the blood oxygen levels on this watch. Thank you for
2:55
watching. If you found this video helpful please consider subscribing to our
