measurement. First you will need to wake up the screen on your band and to do it

simply press on the touch sensitive button right here to wake up the screen

Once you wake up the screen swipe upwards on the screen to find the option

called heart rate and tap on it. Now the device is already measuring the heart

Here scroll down. Tap on heart rate. Right here we have continuous monitoring. Tap on it. And here we have couple

durations. First one is turn off. Means that the monitoring is turned off. Then
