Welcome! In front of me I have Amazfit T-Rex Pro and I'm gonna show you how to measure the blood oxygen levels on this watch
0:10
Before we start if you want to get the most accurate results of your measurements
0:14
make sure to put your watch on your wrist at least two fingers away from your palm
0:19
Secure it tightly so it doesn't move around and while you're measuring your blood oxygen levels try not to move too much
0:25
I'm just gonna place my watch right here and keep it with my fingers
0:29
so because of that my results might be not too accurate. Okay, let's continue with the measurement
0:35
So first thing you will need to do is to wake up the screen on your watch and you can do it by pressing
0:41
any of the buttons. After you wake up the screen you should see the home screen, the current watch face and on the screen you can swipe
0:49
swipe left to open the menu like this. Now scroll through the menu, find the icon called
0:55
SPO2. This is the blood oxygen widget. So tap on it to open the widget. As you can see we have the message
1:04
telling us how to wear the watch properly before the measurement. Now I'm gonna place my watch on my
1:11
wrist and tap on start measuring button right here to start the measurement
1:15
Let's try again. It's a bit finicky but now it's working so let's stay still and
1:24
wait for the result. And here we have our results
2:15
You can see the graph from the whole day, I believe. Also, you can
2:22
tap on the button to measure again if you want to and once you're done
2:27
you can simply press the back button to exit the widget and then go back to watch face
2:33
Another thing you can do is to open the widgets. So when you're on the home screen
2:39
you can swipe up to open the widgets menu and here you can scroll through the list of widgets and at the bottom
2:45
you should see the SPO2 and you can simply tap on this measure button to start the measurement if you want to
2:51
Okay. And that's how you measure the blood oxygen levels on this watch
2:57
