Welcome, in front of me I have Polar Ignite and I'm gonna show you how to measure the

heart rate on this device. Before we start a quick disclaimer. If you want to get the most accurate results of your measurements, make sure to put your

watch on your wrist, secure it tightly so it doesn't move around and while you're measuring

your heart rate, try to not move too much. I'm just gonna put my finger on the sensor right here, but because of that rather, my

results might be not too accurate. Okay, so let's continue with the measurements

First thing you will need to do is to wake up the screen on your watch and you can do

it by pressing the back button. After you wake up the screen, swipe left and right, or right rather, on the screen to scroll

through the list of widgets. Scroll through the list, find the widget that says current heart rate

It has the purple color basically. This is the current, or rather the heart rate widget

Now I'm gonna put my finger on the sensor and the watch should start measuring the heart

rate automatically because it's measuring the heart rate in real time. And here we have it

That's our current heart rate. You can also tap on this widget right here to open some information, some stats like

max and minimum heart rate. I believe you need more data for it to display this information so basically you need to

wear the watch for a certain period of time. But as you can see, this number is jumping around because the watch is measuring the

heart rate in real time. Once it stabilizes it should be your current heart rate

And once you're done, you can swipe left or right to go back to normal watch face like this
