heart rate on this device. Before we start a quick disclaimer. If you want to get the most accurate results of your heart rate measurement, make sure

So first thing you will need to do is to wake up the screen on your watch. You can do it by pressing the button, any of the buttons

Once you wake up the screen, you can swipe right on the screen to open the menu

And in this menu you have this heart icon right here. That's the heart rate icon

Now tap on it to open the heart rate widget. And the widget should start measuring your heart rate automatically

Wait couple of seconds for your results

And once the watch vibrates and stops measuring your heart rate, that's your current heart rate
