set up your Do Not Disturb mode. To get started you want to pull down your notifications by

swiping down from the top of your screen. And swipe down once again to extend the list of toggles

and one of those should be a Do Not Disturb one. Now if you don't see it by default, which

your toggle, meaning the Do Not Disturb mode, you're going to hold it. The text right here

can set up a fully automatic schedule. So the mode will turn on and off either provided day
