Hello! In front of me I have Amazfit GTR 4 and I'm gonna show you how to set an
0:05
image as a watch face on this watch. Basically if you want to use your own
0:10
image or a picture as a watch face. Before we start if you want to set an image as a watch face on this watch your
0:20
watch needs to be paired with a phone via the ZEPP application. Once the devices
0:24
are paired together we can continue and now we can open the ZEPP application on
0:29
the phone that is paired with our watch. After you open the application you
0:34
should see the home page. Now you can tap on the profile icon and select the
0:39
Amazfit GTR 4 from the list of devices. On this page find the watch faces
0:45
option and tap on it and here we have the watch faces menu. We can scroll
0:51
through it, find the category called custom background, tap on the more button
0:58
to open it and once you open the custom background category find the watch faces
1:07
that look like this. You have time button, time right, time center, time left and
1:11
time tap. Select the option you like the most because the only difference between
1:16
them is where the time is gonna be located on your custom watch face. So
1:20
select the time position you like for example time bottom. You can also change
1:26
it right here in the style category and once you select the style you can scroll
1:32
down, tap on the plus button to add the custom background and you have options
1:37
to take a photo or open the photo gallery. If you tap on take photos or
1:43
take photo rather it will open the camera app on your phone and you can take a picture and use it as a watch face. If you select photos it will open
1:51
the photos app or file manager and you can basically browse your phone and
1:55
select the picture from your phone. I'm gonna use the second option so I'm
2:00
gonna tap on photos, tap on got it and allow the permission. As you can see it
2:05
opened the photos app and now I can select the picture. For example I'm gonna
2:10
select this one. Once you select the picture you can crop it. So basically if
2:14
the picture is too big to fit on the watch face you can select the part of it
2:19
to be a watch face and you can zoom in zoom out by pinching and un-pinching on
2:23
the screen and you can move by swiping left and right on the screen. So I'm
2:29
gonna zoom out, position the watch face the way I want it and tap on select and
2:35
here we have a preview of our watch face. Now you can scroll even more down and
2:41
here we can select the color of the text on the watch face, the
2:48
clock basically. So you can select one of the colors right here or you can tap
2:52
right here to open the whole gamma of colors and you can select the one you
2:57
like. And once you're done you should see the preview of your watch face and then
3:03
you can tap on the sync button right here to synchronize it to your watch. So
3:08
let's tap on sync. It's gonna start downloading and then start synchronizing
3:12
to your watch and after it's done the watch face should be applied
3:23
Like this. Okay now we can close the application and that's how you set an
3:30
image as a watch face on this watch. Thank you for watching. If you found this
