Welcome, in front of me is a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and today I'll show you how to enable
0:13
the power saving mode. So to get started let's pull down the notification panel, extend it and you should have the power
0:20
mode right here. So you can tap on it and it looks like by default set to medium power saving and it
0:28
also displays what it will do right here and well not everything but part of the things
0:33
that it will do. So turn off always on display and also limit the CPU to 70% and also drop the brightness
0:40
to by 10% and apart from that it also will restrict the applications from being constantly
0:48
connected to a network so you will be getting your notifications less frequently but more
0:54
in bulk rather than as they were before delivered every time they were for instance sent so
1:01
you immediately receive them. So once you're done tap on apply and it will go to this animation right here and there
1:13
we go it should be right about done and now it's enabled
1:18
So this is the medium power saving mode and if you need a little bit more of a saving
1:23
you can hold that icon and it will take you to settings or you can choose additional ones
1:27
so you have maximum power saving mode which will drastically change the way the device
1:34
actually looks like so if I go into it it has all the stuff that it did in the previous
1:39
one but it also will disable majority of the apps that aren't essential
1:46
So give it a moment and you'll see what I mean. Immediately you can see that the background is black that's because black background on
1:53
AMOLED displays or OLED displays is not actually being lit up that saves battery and you can
1:59
see there is your entire interface also if you go into notifications that's basically
2:05
all you get for toggles right here only the essential ones and yeah and if you want to
2:12
leave this all you need to do is just tap on the power mode once more to disable it
2:16
and same goes for the normal one if you toggle it off it just goes back to normal
2:22
When you gonna toggle it back on I believe it goes back to the last power saving mode
2:29
so if I were to toggle it on right now it would go into the maximum power saving mode
2:34
so the one that we just left so if you want to go back to the normal one and the normal
2:39
power saving mode you have to hold the toggle and switch on manually to that mode and then
2:43
you can toggle it back on but that is how you would enable the power saving mode and
2:48
also disable it and if you found this very helpful don't forget to hit like subscribe

and thanks for watching
