you how to measure the blood oxygen levels on this device. Before we start a

quick disclaimer. If you want to get the most accurate results of your

measurements make sure to put your watch on your wrist, secure it tightly so it

doesn't move around and while you're measuring the blood oxygen levels don't

move around too much. I'm just gonna put my finger on the sensor right here but

because of that my results might be not too accurate. Okay so now let's continue

with the measurement. So first thing you will need to do is to wake up the screen on your watch and to wake up the screen on your watch simply press the side

button. Once you wake up the screen press the side button again to open the menu

and in the menu you should see the heart rate icon right here and next to it we

have the blood oxygen icon the spO2 icon. It's in between the do not disturb or

heart rate and sleep tracking basically right here. Tap on this icon and now

scroll down and at the bottom you should see the measure button. I'm just gonna

whole day and if you want to measure again simply scroll down again and tap
