total screen time on this device. So first of all let's enter the settings and here we have to scroll down to the very bottom

in order to find digital well-being and parental controls. Let's tap on it and now let's tap on show your data

And as you can see here we've got the graph which will show us for how long we've been using this device today

So you can check that I've been using it for 7 minutes and most of the time I've spent

on the settings. What's more here we've got the unlocks counter and also the notifications

So after tapping on this graph you can see and you can check of course how much time

we've spent on this today but also we've got the weekly graphs so you can just switch to
