Welcome, in front of me is a realme X50 and today I will show you how to enable and set
0:10
up the Do Not Disturb mode. Now to get started let's pull down the notification panel and go to the second page it looks like
0:18
That's where the toggle is for me. And from here you wanna hold the toggle
0:24
This will take us to the settings where we can customize exactly how it works
0:27
So for now disregard the enable button at the top. Number one, in this case we have schedule which will allow us to set a custom schedule
0:38
It looks like there is one that comes preloaded by default and it's a sleep one so it's daily
0:44
from 10pm till 7am. Meaning that it will turn on every single day of the week starting at 10pm and ending
0:52
at 7am. Now you can create your own set the days of the week and time at which it starts yourself
0:59
if you want to. And then apart from that we have the SLN media when in Do Not Disturb mode
1:07
So I believe this also includes like touch sounds and all that like notification sounds
1:15
So you can check that on or off if you want to
1:20
Below that we will have exceptions. Probably the most important part of this that gives you the most control over this mode
1:28
So we have allow notifications. You can choose which notification types are allowed, sounds and stuff like that
1:34
Then below that we have allow messages from and we have four options
1:38
From anyone, contacts, stared contacts which is just a different way of saying favorites
1:43
And then denial all which will deny all. So no one will be able to message you during the Do Not Disturb mode
1:51
I mean they will message you but the message will... you will see that you got a message
1:56
after the Do Not Disturb mode ends. And also you have allow calls from
2:02
Same options. The key difference here though is that when you select deny all you have the very bottom
2:09
option ring for repeated callers. So if anybody calls you twice within a 3 minute period they will still be able to reach you
2:17
no matter what it said here. As you can see in theory I should be able to deny every call
2:23
With this enabled I will still get some calls if someone is really persistent or has some
2:29
kind of for instance emergency. And from there you can simply leave this mode once you set it up
2:35
It's kind of like set it and forget it. And you can simply enable it from just the notification panel right here by tapping on
2:42
it and it will automatically become enabled. Or if you have set a schedule all then it will obviously be turning on on itself and
2:51
off by itself as well. And once you're done you will have to turn it off
2:58
So tap on it and if it's white like it is right now that means that it's off
