So they are network provided. So first of all we have to turn off both of those options and now we can freely tap on date

And as you can see right now we can pick the date from this calendar. So for example this one. Tap on OK

In the same situation with the time from this clock we can pick the time we want to use. So for example something like that

And as you can see it will be immediately applied on the status bar also

So the same situation also with the time zone. Just tap on it. Tap on the region and as you can see you will be transferred to the full list of all available regions
