Welcome

Follow me is a ZTE Blade V 2020 and today I'll share you a couple tweaks and tricks you can do on this phone
0:14
So to get started we're going to begin with the dark mode which can be quickly accessed either through settings under the display section
0:20
or sometimes also on the notification panel which I can see already right here
0:25
Once you find it can tap on it. As you can see it changes
0:29
the overall theme to dark that will include things like the notification panel
0:34
default applications, along with it looks like wallpaper, which I guess it's inspired by Apple and there kind of like dark mode
0:44
Now, I'm going to turn all the dark mode just because I kind of prefer on a video for it to be in a light mode
0:50
It just looks a little bit better. So anyway, moving on to the next one, it's going to be the system navigation
0:55
Now I believe throughout the setup we do have an option to pick between gestures and the overall keys but assuming you didn't really realize it or
1:04
you want to change it because for instance you don't like gestures or maybe you picked
1:09
navigation keys and want the gestures instead then I'm going to quickly show you
1:13
where you can find it so let's go into the settings here and from here we're
1:16
going to scroll down to option called features I can find it and there we go and Right at the top we have system navigation and there we go so right now it set to gestures but we can also change it to virtual navigation which will bring up this
1:38
buttons at the bottom if that is something that you prefer personally i do rather have the gestures
1:43
and that is just my personal preference if you also rather have gestures then go right ahead and
1:48
stick with them we also have a couple different things like visual feedback for gestures i believe
1:55
this for, yep, for things like the buck button. So as you can see, it's no longer visible
2:00
When you enable this, it is. So if that is something that you don't want to see
2:04
you can simply turn it off. And also have Google Assistant, which I believe gets..
2:08
Yep, there we go, you pull it from the side. And if that is something that you don't want
2:13
which personally I don't only care about this, you can disable it, and from there
2:17
you won't be able to get the Google Assistant anymore. Now, anyway, moving on to the next option
2:23
it's going to be the simple splits, which will allow you to multitask with two different applications at the same time
2:29
And possibly one of the best applications for this in my personal opinion, or whatever I use the most
2:37
will be things like YouTube. Now, I prefer to have YouTube on the top
2:41
so once you open it up, go to recent applications, top on at three dots, and you can split screen it now
2:46
And you can choose any kind of application that is already open, or you can just go home and pick any kind of application from your home screen
2:53
Now the reason why I advise on YouTube or personally I prefer it that way it because when YouTube is on top number one it doesn really get in the way You can listen to it in the background world doing other stuff and also when you go home
3:07
it will continue to keep it open so videos will continue to play and you can switch applications
3:13
and well you basically continue to use YouTube in a way so it won't pause anything on it
3:20
and if it would be the other way around the app that is always on top will not close so
3:25
you had YouTube on the bottom and for instance browse on top that will close your
3:29
YouTube which probably you might not want it to do so anyway moving on to the
3:35
next option it's gonna be the little bit simple one but it's a show password and if
3:42
you never realize this let me quickly go into things like Wi-Fi because that is
3:47
an easy place to show password so as you can see you have the password field
3:53
right here and when you start typing it in you can see every letter that I have typed right up here
3:59
It's basically seen in the sequence, which I wouldn't call very secure
4:03
So there's actually a way to disable this by going into these settings
4:08
and from here we're going to go into privacy, right over here, and you should see show password, disable this
4:16
and now things like passwords, whenever you type them, wherever you type them, will not be visible
4:23
As you can see there are instant dot There is no letter visible Now we can still tap on not this you can tap on there we go show passwords to actually see what it been typed in the password field but other than that
4:37
it won't be visible right in here, any kind of letter when you type it. So anyway, now moving
4:46
on to the last option, this will be more for, I guess, elderly people, as the easy mode
4:52
and let's start off by going into the settings and then display
4:56
and here we should have easy mode which will increase the size of the icons
5:02
as you can see increase the size of the icons that includes basically the entire display
5:09
making it a little bit easier for people to well not miss the app that they want to open
5:14
and this is more a design for people that struggle with using a device
5:19
as you can see these icons are very spacious. So before I believe there were like four or five apps and a single
5:29
in a line which now we only have three. Now I believe there's like four up and
5:34
down if you wanted to. You can see right here. So yeah it's a little bit easier to
5:42
use a device if you had a problem with that. Now anyway this would conclude all the
5:46
tweaks and tricks that wanted to share and if you found this very helpful don't forget to like subscribe and thanks for
5:52
for watching
