You need to begin by opening clock app. Following that, tap on alarm section at the bottom left corner

Then click on this plus icon to create your alarm. Finally, set up an hour

When you're ready, click on repeat. And click on days of the week that you wish to set up

In my case Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. To save your changes, click on OK in the pop-up

Now tap on sound. Choose allow. And over here, start with vibration section at the top
