So this will be a fairly quick video on how to apply tempered glass to your phone
0:13
And the phone that I'm going to be using right here is the Poco X4 Pro 5G
0:17
So there we go. So anyway, once you get your tempered glass, I have one right here, there we go, as you
0:24
can see. And here you should also find, apart from the glass, you should find, there we go, this
0:33
little wonky thing, a wet and dry wipe. What you want to do with this is just toss it out, it's completely useless, and use a
0:40
microfiber cloth if you have one. If you don't have it, then I guess that tiny little pieces of wet and dry wipes, you can
0:49
use those. Obviously you're going to start off with a wet one and then dry one
0:54
If you have a microfiber cloth, I highly recommend using that instead. It's just going to be much simpler and quicker
1:00
So as you can see, I do have my microfiber cloth, so I'm going to clean off the display
1:05
You want to get the majority of the grime off of it
1:11
It looks like there's already a scratch in the plastic, so that's nice
1:20
So anyway, once you've got it completely cleaned, like I do right now, you want to
1:24
grab your tempered glass, have your microfiber cloth ready, just because once you have some
1:29
kind of dust settle on it, which I already do have, before you apply the glass to it
1:35
you will want to wipe it down just to get rid of the actual dust from it
1:40
Now when applying the glass, what I recommend doing is just keeping the case on
1:46
It makes it much simpler to apply it, because you have these kitty bumpers around, so you
1:53
can't really apply it wrong. And from there, you want to just align it to an edge, make sure that it is evenly spaced everywhere
2:04
So I start with one edge, place it down, once it catches with the glue, I then just kind
2:09
of align it and drop it. And once you drop it, it's just going to completely glue itself slowly
2:14
You'll see that on the video, how that looks like. So anyway, let's just get rid of this
2:18
There we go. Toss that to the side. There we go. Perfect
2:36
And hopefully you can see on the camera, it's starting to kind of like spread
2:46
And there we go. That's it. Now it looks like I did mess it up just a bit
2:53
There is a tiny speck somewhere here. So that's unfortunate. I'm not going to remove this just for this little piece of trash right here
3:04
Maybe you can see it on the camera. I'll try to show it
3:08
So this right here. So I did not clean the glass correctly
3:16
So there we go. Now, if you're bothered by this, if something like that happened for you
3:23
you could try to just take off the glass because you can
3:28
It will still apply itself back on. And I don't know, using some tweezers, something really, really like precise
3:36
just remove that tiny speck of dirt that is right here. That's not dust
3:41
That's like, I don't know what that is, honestly. But you could try to use tweezers to remove this from the glass
3:46
and then reapply it again. Hopefully, there won't be any more dust that kind of glues itself
3:52
to the actual tempered glass. And then you can apply it back up
3:56
And hopefully, it will be then pristine and perfect. I'm not going to bother with this
4:02
I don't have any kind of like tweezers to do this. So there we go
4:06
So anyway, that is kind of how you could apply the tempered glass to your brand new phone
4:11
