you want to get the most accurate results of your heart rate measurement make sure to put your watch on your wrist, secure it tightly so it doesn't

move around and while you're measuring your heart rate try to keep still

Basically don't move around too much. I'm just gonna put my finger on the sensor

continue with the measurement. So to measure the heart rate on this watch simply press the up slash menu button to open the glances. Here scroll through the

menu and find the heart rate widget. I'm just gonna put my finger on the sensor

and your watch should start automatically measuring the heart rate. And here we have it. This number will jump around because it's measuring the

heart rate in real time but once it stabilizes that should be your current

four hours as you can see and average seven days. As you can see we have some

graphs you can check so if you're wearing your watch constantly and the auto heart rate measurement is enabled you're gonna get some data right here
