through recovery mode which will also allow you to get rid of a screen lock if you have one set

that you just don't know. To get started we're gonna turn off our device. I'm actually gonna

first lock it just so you can see that I do have a pattern set and I'll progress from here as though

I don't know it. So anyway hold power button and select power off, confirm it

Once the device turns off you want to hold power key and volume up at the same time

and when you see the Vico logo let go of the power button. This will take us to the recovery mode. Now in here using volume buttons you want to scroll

down so press volume down till you have wipe data factory reset selected like this

and then confirm it using your power button and select yes delete all user data

Again confirm that to give you formatting data at the bottom then data wipe complete

at which point reboot system now will be selected by default. So press your power button once again
