Welcome, in front of me is a THL T7 and today I will show you how to remove a screen lock

and do a hard reset. So as you can see this phone has a screen lock and to basically get access to it we're

gonna do a hard reset. To begin start holding the power key and tap on power off

Now once the phone has shut off we're gonna hold volume up and power key together

So let's do that. Power and volume up and power key

So once you see this you're gonna use volume up only to navigate like so and volume down

to confirm. So with that in mind select recovery mode which is the first option and tap volume down

to gain access to it. So like so

And from here once you see the Android logo hold power key and tap volume up once

So holding power and volume up once and now we're in recovery mode

And from here we're gonna use volume up and down to navigate the menu because as you can see it doesn't react to touch

So volume down to go down, volume up to go up and with that select wipe data and recovery

or factory reset right here and confirm it with the power key

So power to confirm and once more select yes to confirm it like so and press power button

As you can see now wiping data, formatting such data. And since it's finished you're gonna see the message on the bottom data wipe complete

And once you see that you can just tap on power key as long as the reboot system now

is selected which for the most part it should be. So press power key to confirm it and now wait for the device to reboot

Now mind you that this will actually take a little bit longer because the phone is continuing to do the process of like resetting it and the background right now so you might want
