smartphone isn't detecting your SIM

So, first of all, let's eject the SIM

card tray from the phone. Turn your

phone upside down and grab a pin.

Insert it into the spin hole

removable try.

and try to carefully push it inside. And

this will make the tray jump right out.

Then carefully remove it from the phone.

And after you do that, let's uh remove

the SIM card from here.

And uh just in case, try to wipe the

contacts of your

SIM card. Do not use any moist uh

moisture on your either uh microfiber

cloth or just a dry towel. Just use use

a piece of dry cloth, maybe even your

t-shirt if it's cotton.

And by the way, you can also try to use

a different slot in your tray. So if you

used SIM one, you can switch to SIM two

and other way around.

And you have to insert your SIM card

the uh the contact side facing up too,
