reset this phone through settings. So to get started, open up settings, from here scroll all the way down to system and

update and then select reset, reset phone. It gives us a quick message that this will delete all data from your device including

accounts, app data and system settings, installed apps, music, photos, files, whatever

Now the things that actually matter will be things like files, photos, music, because

those are the things that you most likely will keep locally in your device, including

documents and downloaded things. So if you want to keep some of those things, do make a backup copy of it before you begin

otherwise it will be lost permanently. Now with that being said, you can either backup your device or continue further, which
