this device through recovery mode. Now this process will also remove a screen lock so if

you have set one up that you just don't know anymore you can get rid of it this way. Now

unfortunately you will also get rid of everything else on your device like downloaded apps, photos

music or whatever it is on here will be completely gone. But anyway as you can see I do have a

pattern right here and I'll progress from the lock screen as though I don't know the pattern

So to get started you need to hold your power key. Once you see your boot options select power off

and when the phone turns off you want to hold power key and volume up at the same time

After a moment of holding these keys you will see a Huawei logo

at which point you can let go of the power key, keep holding volume up until you feel

a vibration. It's just a really faint one. When you do you can let go of the key

and all we need to do now is simply wait for the recovery mode to show up

Okay there we go. Now from here you're gonna select clear data

factory reset and all we need to do right now is type in yes

Like so and then select factory reset. Once this is finished it will bring us to this part right here so let's select back

restart. This will now reboot the device and continue the process in the background. It will
