hard reset this device through recovery mode. To get started let's hold power key and select power off

When the phone turns off hold power and a volume up at the same time. After a

moment of holding it you should see the Huawei logo on the screen. There we go. Keep on

holding and after a longer moment you will feel also a vibration at which

This will boot us into recovery mode. So from here you want to select clear data
