Welcome and follow me as Motorola 30 Fusion and today I'll show you how you
0:05
can boot this phone into safe mode. So to get started hold the power key. When it
0:15
brings up the boot options right over here you want to hold power off. This
0:20
will then bring up this pop-up right here reboot to safe mode. Do you want to
0:24
reboot into safe mode? This will disable all third-party applications that you have installed that will be restored when you reboot again. So let's select
0:31
OK. As obviously we'll reboot the device like I'd stated and while it's
0:36
rebooting I'm gonna quickly explain what this mode is for to be honest because
0:40
the explanation is relatively vague. So if you have some kind of problem with
0:45
your phone where it's just not working as it's supposed to and you might be
0:52
expecting that it's some kind of application fault, maybe some virus or something like that, you can boot it into safe mode. This will turn off
1:00
any kind of applications that might be just malicious or just all of them to be
1:04
honest outside of the apps that come with the device. So you will see right
1:09
now once I unlock it that only the apps that come with the device are just
1:13
usable. Widgets don't belong to that category though. You can see these icons
1:20
right here or apps more precisely are turned off. So Wallet, Podcasts, TikTok
1:24
X icon changer whatever the heck that is, Contacts, whatever. I don't
1:32
think these are the normal contacts by the way. So yeah all these apps are
1:36
turned off and will not run. Only apps that can run are the ones that come
1:39
default with the device. You can see Messages, Dialer, Browser, Camera and so
1:45
on. And basically any app that you can see right here. So these are all the
1:49
default apps. And the ones that aren't default, the ones that you most likely
1:54
downloaded yourself, as you can see you cannot enable them. It gives you the
1:58
PopOut Downloaded apps disabled in safe mode. So from here you can deal with your
2:03
phone, hopefully fix up your problem that you might be having and once you're done
2:07
with safe mode you can go back to normal mode by simply holding the power key once more and this time around selecting restart. Now once the device reboots it
2:16
goes back to normal mode and everything will go back to functioning normally. Now
2:20
with that being said if you found this very helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
