total screen time on this device. So all you have to do is to actually enter the settings and find

the section digital well-being and partner controls which is almost at the very bottom

this graph and displayed which will show us for how long we've been using the device today

almost for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Most of the time I've spent on the settings

and you've got two different options to check some further details. So you can tap inside this graph
