Hi everyone, in front of me I've got a Sony Xperia 1 IV and let me share with you how to check total screen time on this device

So first of all we have to enter the settings and now let's scroll down to find digital well-being and parental controls

And if you will open this option for the very first time you will simply have to choose between the digital well-being and the parental controls

So just tap on the first option, probably show your data. And as you can see right here we've got the graph which will show us for how long we've been using this device today

So you can check that I've been using it for 49 minutes, most of the time I've spent on the settings, on the camera and so on

Here we've got also the unlocks and notifications count. And basically we've got two different ways to check some further details

So we can either tap right in the middle of the graph and we will be transferred to the dashboard and we will be able to check the usage time in particular days

Under it we've got listed all of the apps which we've been using. And the second way is to simply tap on particular app, so for example the settings

And again we've got the dashboard, we've got those graphs but right now they're strictly connected with the chosen app

Under it we've got some ways to disconnect and it can be quite useful so it's worth saying

You've got the dashboard, bedtime mode and focus mode. So for example after picking the focus mode you will be able to pick some distracting apps

So for example Chrome, maybe camera, whatever. So the apps from which you are receiving most notifications and you will be able to set a schedule

It will simply reduce the notifications from those apps and thanks to this you will be able to for example rest, sleep and so on and so on
