And in front of me is a Bokoin K800 and today I will show you how to do a hard reset in
0:12
order to remove lag screen. So as you can see there is a lag screen on this device and assuming you don't know the
0:19
pattern to it you can just get rid of it simply by doing a reset through basically a recovery mode
0:27
So let's start again, hold power key and select power off, confirm it
0:36
Wait for the device to shut off and once it has we're gonna hold volume up and power key simultaneously
0:43
So now power, volume up. And from here you wanna use only volume up to navigate like so and volume down to confirm
0:57
so with that in mind select recovery mode and tap on volume down
1:05
Now once you see the no command you need to hold power key and tap volume up once so hold
1:11
power volume up once and now we're in recovery mode. So from here we can actually use volume up and down to navigate so volume down to go
1:19
down and up to go up and select wipe data factory reset and confirm it with power key
1:29
Once more confirm it by selecting yes on the bottom here and now the process will begin
1:37
See a little writing on the bottom formatting data, soon enough you should see wipe complete
1:44
or something of that sorts, data wipe complete. So once you see that you can just tap on power key and because reboot system now will
1:50
be automatically selected just tap on it and now the system will reboot and continue the
1:55
process in the background so just be patient it will take significantly longer now than
2:00
it usually does for the phone to turn on and I'll be back once it's finished
2:17
And as you can see now the process is finished and the device is fully unlocked
2:47
So you can swipe up, as you can see there is no more lock of any sorts and you can freely
3:02
access the phone. So that is basically how you perform a hardware reset in order to remove the screen lock and
