The first one is using directly your contact list and the second is using the settings

Obviously I will show you both options. So let's begin with opening the dialer and let's go to your contact list

We will begin with this way. Now let's find the contact you would like to block and tap on it and choose this three

What's more it is said we've got the information that this number is blocked so you won't receive
