Hi, in front of me I have Samsung Galaxy A11 and I'm gonna show you how to set up and enable the portable hotspot on this device

First, let's open the settings. To do it, swipe upwards on the screen to open the app menu

Here tap on the settings icon and in settings select the connections option

Then tap on mobile hotspot and tethering. Here tap on mobile hotspot

And before we turn it on, let's set it up first. To do it, tap on more options icon right here

Select configure a mobile hotspot. And here we can set up our hotspot

We can tap on network name and change the name of the hotspot

Then we can also select the option called hide my device if you want to

Below we have security, we can tap on it and select the security type

If you select open, you won't have the password on your network

If you select WPA2-PSK, you will have the password protection. Below we have password and we can tap on it to change it

Then we have a broadcast channel. We can tap right here and select the channel we want to broadcast our network on

You have channels from 1 up to 11 and also auto option

It's recommended to leave it on auto, but if you have any problems with your network

simply select different channels and see what works for you. And once you're done, tap save to save your settings

And now we can enable our portable hotspot by tapping the switch right here next to off

And then tap turn off to turn off wifi. As you can see, the hotspot is enabled
