How to Activate Do Not Disturb Mode on iPhone 14 Pro Max - Enable DND Mode

Welcome. In front of me is an iPhone 14 Pro Max and today I'll show you how you can enable and also set up your Do Not Disturb mode

To get started let's pull down our toggles from the top right side of the screen

The control center to be precise. I think that's how it's called. And here you'll find a bunch of toggles but we're interested only in this one called Focus right now

Normally I think it's called a little bit differently because the first time around it has kind of like an image of several different toggles

But once you select one of them it kind of changes. So for instance if I choose Do Not Disturb mode it now became Do Not Disturb mode

Anyway, if you hold it as you can see it gives us access to several different ones

But one of them is Do Not Disturb. From here you can tap on the three dots and select Settings and then Customize your Do Not Disturb

So probably the two most important settings, maybe three, is the one right here, People

So here you can choose who can call you. Then Apps. You can choose what kind of apps can bypass this mode

And also Schedule below that which allows you to set up a schedule

So Do Not Disturb mode turns on and off automatically based on the provided day and time

So just to kind of clarify, if you're planning to use the Schedule route just make sure that the Schedule itself is enabled

So you would do it by tapping on a Schedule and toggling on right here

But for everybody else who's planning to use it manually on just random occasions then all you would do is just find the toggle and tap on it

And that's it. As you can see it's now enabled. You can also see it in your status bar

Right here. Now once you're done with it, if you enabled it manually you do need to remember to turn it off

Otherwise it will be running indefinitely in the background. And you do so by just tapping on it once more
