perform a hard reset of the device through settings. So to get started you

want to open up the settings app. From here let's scroll down to additional

settings and then on the bottom you'll find backup and reset. Tap on that and

then on the bottom again factory data reset and you want to choose all files

on the phone. So tap on reset phone then if you have some kind of pattern you'll

have to confirm it like I do. If you don't have it then you won't need to

really do anything. I'll just progress to this screen as you can see right here where we need to wait five more seconds three two one till you can press the next
