reset your phone through recovery mode. Now this process will allow you to get rid of screen locks so if you have one

set that you just don't know this will basically get rid of it. Unfortunately there's also a downside if you are logged in into your Google

account on this phone that will then lock the device... well FRP lock it as it's

called. And what that means is once the reset is finished and you're going to

the setup it will tell you that you need to connect to Wi-Fi and then on the next

page or like two pages later it will tell you that you need to verify that

this is your phone by either using the old screen lock, PIN, pattern, password

or whatever it was or Google account. But assuming you don't know either of those

this kind of locks the device. But I do have a solution for that which will I

And the first thing you want to do is hold power key and volume down at the
