I follow me as a Bush Spira B5 and today I'll show a couple tweaks and tricks that you can do on this device
0:11
So we're going to start off with the mirror vision which will allow you to add a little bit more color to your display
0:17
So let's open up settings and from here let's go onto the display right here
0:25
where at the top you'll find mirror vision. Tap on it and top on the three bars right there
0:29
bars right there and we can start off with the picture mode which will allow you to add a
0:34
little bit more color so once you tap on it it immediately changes the color and you can see that
0:40
everything becomes a little bit more vibrant so keep in mind that this is all personal taste
0:46
if you like it more colorful you can set it if you don't you can stay with standard and then there's
0:52
also the option to go into contrast so dynamic contrast right here and you'll get
0:59
three different images I think it is where you can toggle it on and off and when you're toggling on on this device
1:06
It gradually increases the contrast while when you toggle it off it just completely drops off as you can see
1:12
So you don't really see much of a difference when it's enabling but then you get a difference when it's being disabled
1:17
So you can just choose if you like it or not Depending and and all you need to do is just go back and the settings are immediately saved
1:28
and this applies entire system so basically anywhere you go it will all be affected by these changes so moving on we going to go into the daydream and this is just a simple tweak that for instance allows you to set up a clock or
1:47
picture frame when you're charging the device. So let's go into the settings and then
1:51
find the daydream which is also under the display. There it is. So you have several
1:58
options as you can see so you have clock, picture frame, photo table, photos and colors. Now
2:04
The most useless one out of these all is colors. It just gives you a nice vomit of colors that are kind of moving
2:12
Nothing to it. No benefit to it, I would say. Well, a clock is a good option for instance as a night clock when you're charging your phone next to your bed
2:23
It will display the time for the entire time when it's plugged into charging
2:28
And photo frame. Well, that's what it says it does. It just creates basically a photo frame and
2:34
makes a slideshow of different photos that you have chosen. So as an example I'm going to go with the clock and you want to top on the three dots also and
2:43
choose when to daydream and from here you can either select one dock or when charging or either
2:50
I'm just going to go with one dock or when charging I meant and now when I replug the device to
2:55
charging it will then start trying you the time and just so I don't have to plug it in to show it
3:01
I'm going to start it manually and it will look like this
3:06
And you can also flip it over and will go into landscape as well
3:13
So it just a simple tweak that will allow you to show the time when the device is charging So let leave this Now moving on we going to go into the scheduled power on and off option
3:26
And this is nice if you want to preserve the battery and also make the device perform better
3:31
Now again, the option is in settings and then scheduled power on and off. And from here, enable both of them like so
3:40
And we're going to start with power off. So let's choose the time
3:44
Now, I'm going to make this just a single par on and off a week
3:50
So it helps the device perform better by clearing cash and stuff like that
3:54
But if you want to, you can set it to be basically every single day at night or whatever, however you like it
4:00
So for me, I'm going to set it to be at, let's see, one
4:10
Is it actually 1 p.m. or a.m. where is it? Let's see
4:16
So that's going to be 1 a.m. Okay, 1.30 is good enough and then let's choose the day of the week
4:23
And I'm going to set it only to be on Saturday. And top on the done and then we're going to go into power on time
4:31
It's going to be 1.35 considering the other one was 130. So just a 5 minute break and then repeat only on Saturday
4:42
Okay, top I'm done. And now your device will be turning on and off automatically once a week on 1, 30, and 5 minutes later, we'll power back on
4:55
And that is really what it needs Just a weekly reboot to clear the cache and just help the device perform better But like I said you can set it to be every single day to also save the battery
5:07
so you don't have to charge it as often. And then the last thing that I will show is the show
5:13
password and the option name is a little bit misleading considering it does the exact opposite
5:21
of it. So I'm going to start off by going into Wi-Fi
5:26
so I have a quick way of showing the option. So when you tap on network or any kind of place
5:32
where you need to put in the password and you start topping it away, you can always see a latest letter that you have pressed
5:40
for about second or two, and that is second or two, that is too long, in my opinion
5:45
for password being visible. It's called password so it should be secure
5:49
So I would really like to not have any letters of it visible. So to change it, we're going to go into the settings, which we're right now in
6:00
And from here, you want to go into security right here, and you have this make password visible, disable that
6:09
as it should be right from the get-go. And then you can leave. And now if we go into typing in a password, like right here
6:17
you can see that there is no more latest letter visible in the line
6:21
which is how it should be in my opinion from the get-go
6:27
So this was concluded all the tweaks and tricks that I want to share. And if you found this very helpful, don't forget, hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
