Welcome. In front of me is a Sony Xperia 10 Plus and today I'll show a couple
0:12
tweaks and tricks for this device. So starting off I'll begin with the one-handed
0:19
mode which you can activate by double pressing the home button right here
0:24
You can see that makes it easier to access just with one hand
0:32
Now we get this black border. If you for instance want to go back to the normal like full screen
0:39
just tap on anywhere on the side here and it will go back
0:44
Now it is also possible that it's not activated by default and if that is the case, go into settings, then go into display
0:53
and tap on advanced. Interactions, and then you will have one-handed mode here
1:04
Just click on it, and you can flip the switch on it so it's enabled
1:09
Because otherwise, if it's not on, it will just not work
1:20
I'll automatically close whatever your head open. Okay, moving on, I will show you multitasking
1:26
So to open up multitasking, I'm just going to open up multitasking. going to say click on here and for instance also dialer whatever and you have this little bar right here like these three little two bars basically you click on it it will open this app and put it on top and then you can
1:46
select whatever other app you want to multitask with so you can say pull up for instance settings
1:53
I guess yeah mind you that not all not all the apps work with a like split basically in split
2:00
mode so if if for instance doesn't open it or it doesn't show it it means that it's not
2:06
compatible but these two are so as you can see can now use two different things at once
2:14
and if you want to get rid of it you can just grab this little black bar here and drag it all
2:19
the way up or down to close whichever app you don't want it so yes and there is also
2:27
So you can also access it through recent apps. So you pull it partially up and you have all the recent apps
2:36
You can hold this icon on top and you get the same thing, split screen right here
2:43
And you can work the same way. Now you get to pick again the app that you want
2:49
So yeah, that's how you use split screen. Now moving on, there is a feature that I actually didn't find for a little while, but it's really handy, considering it's a really long device
3:05
Instead of reaching all the way whenever you have like open something text message you get this little arrow here as a bug button
3:16
But there's also this little bar here that I can pull down
3:20
and it also acts as the back button. And when you're holding the phone, it's way easier to drag it with your thumb
3:25
right here than actually reach right on the bottom. So this is really handy
3:32
Now moving on, we're going to go into... making the display a little bit more vibrant
3:40
So we'll go into settings and display again. And advanced. And from here it's going to be color gamut and contrast
3:51
And you have a couple options here. You can have the flat looking
3:57
the standard one, or super vivid mode which will bring out basically like a lot of colors and everything
4:04
And it also looks. looks really nice. So yeah. Now the last thing I'm going to show you is
4:12
basically the night light which is in a way like a dark mode or night mode. So it
4:20
also is enabled through settings and then it's gonna be in display and advanced
4:32
and night light as you can see right here. And from here you have a couple options
4:39
You can either just turn it on and then choose how intense it is We can slide it to be barely any or more yellowish Now the yellow helps like for the comfort of the eye for like when you using the phone at
4:59
night. So that's the main reason to use it actually. Blue color is kind of harsh on the
5:08
eye especially when in a dark environment. Or you can also going back to the settings how to use it you can turn it on as a schedule and you have a
5:21
custom time or you have basically like sunrise and sunset if you put on some
5:27
custom one you can actually make your independent one where it's when it starts
5:32
and when it ends depending on let's say how you work or how you prefer overall
5:40
for it to function and also you can set the intensity here once it's on so yeah and that would be all I
5:54
can there's also another neat feature that I found out you can swipe left and right for
6:00
basically switching the recent apps so yeah if you found this video helpful don't forget to
