through settings. So to get started let's open up settings app. Let's just get rid of

this. So from the settings app let's scroll down to system and update and

then you have reset and at the bottom have reset phone. It will give you a

message what to remove. So that includes account, app data, system settings, installed

apps, music, photos, files. So basically it removes everything that you have put on

the device yourself and only the apps that come preloaded to the device will

remain. So from there once you're ready you can tap on reset phone and then

reset or you can also back up before you begin. So if there is stuff that you

last option reset but keep ESME SIM. So I guess that would keep some
