hard reset the device to recovery mode. So to get started you want to hold the

power key and then select power off. There we go, so power off. Now disregard the

fact that it's in a different language for now, the icons are always the same. So

once it shuts off you then want to hold power key and volume up, both keys at the

same time. And there we go, as you can see we are now in the recovery mode. So in here

you want to select clear data by simply tapping on it and from there choose

factory reset. And if you have some kind of protection on your device you will
