a factory mode. So at the very beginning let's press power key for a long time just to switch off your device

From the following menu let's choose power off and wait until your device will be completely

switched off. Afterward you have to use the following combination of keys power key and volume down

Let's hold down together these two keys for a few seconds so keep holding both keys

And as you can see factory mode just pops up on the screen

Now you can navigate here by using volume down. So let's scroll down to choose and highlight clear eMMC and press power key to choose it
