Hi, in front of me I have Apple Watch Series 7, Nike Edition, and I'm gonna show you how

to enable the fall detection on this device. Let's start by waking up the screen on our watch

You can do it either by tapping on the screen or pressing the crown button

Once you wake up the screen, press the crown button to open the menu

Now swipe on the screen to scroll through the menu. Find the settings icon and tap on it

In settings, scroll down, find the option called SOS and tap on it

And here we have default detection. What default fall detection does is basically it will detect your fall and it will prompt

you about it a couple of times and if you want to do anything about it, it will call

for help, basically. And you can tap on it right here and then enable it by tapping the switch

You can also enable default detection by using the phone. You can open the watch app on your iPhone
