Hi everyone! In front of me I've got a realme C53 and let me share with you how to check the total screen time on this device

So first of all we have to enter the settings and then let's scroll down to the very bottom to find digital well-being and parental controls

As you can see we will be immediately transferred to this graph which will show us for how long we've been using this device today

You can check that I've been using it for 54 minutes, most of the time I've spent on the settings

Here we've got also the unlocks and the notifications count. If you want to learn more, if you want to check some further details, you've got two different ways to do that

First of all you can tap inside the graph and you will be transferred to this dashboard which will show you the exact screen time in particular days

You can check the screen time to the notifications received and times opened. And the second way is to tap directly on the app

So for example the settings, phone, camera or the other whatever. Simply tap on it and again we've got the dashboard but this time it is tightly connected with only this one app

Again change the screen time to the notifications received and times opened and from daily to hourly

because if you decide that you need the time for yourself, you don't want to be disturbed, you want to work, you want to sleep etc

You just want to rest. You can set for example the bedtime mode or the focus mode

You will be able to pick some distracting apps. So for example the camera, Chrome or basically the social media and some chat apps

And then you can set a schedule, pick particular days, the hours and you can simply turn it on
