Hi everyone, in front of me I've got OPPO Reno7 Lite and let me share with you how to
0:11
check total screen time on this device. So first of all let's enter the settings and here we have to scroll down to the very, very
0:17
bottom to find Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls. And if you will open it for the very first time then you will have to choose between
0:25
the Digital Wellbeing or Parental Controls. So simply tap on the Digital Wellbeing and after that you will be transferred directly
0:32
to this graph. As you can see it is right in the middle and thanks to this we can check for how long we've
0:38
been using this device today and you can see that I've been using it for almost 1 hour
0:42
and 40 minutes. What's more here we've got a list of the apps which were mostly used
0:49
Here we've got also the Unlocks and Notifications count. So basically we've got two different ways to check some further details
0:55
So we can either tap right in the middle of the graph and thanks to this we will be
0:59
transferred to the dashboard which will show us the time for the whole screen in particular
1:04
days of the week. And under it you've got all the apps listed, I mean how much time was spent on particular apps
1:15
And I forgot to say that you can change the screen time to the Notifications Received
1:20
and Times Opened. We can go back and now let me show you the second way
1:24
So instead of tapping right in the middle of the graph you can tap on particular app
1:28
So for example the Settings. And as you can see again we've got the dashboard but right now it is directly connected with
1:34
this particular app and you can check how much you've been using it in particular days
1:42
You can manage Notifications right here. You can change the screen time again to the Notifications Received and Times Opened or
1:48
from Daily to Hourly. So let's get back and basically that's all
1:52
This is how to check the total screen time. But I wanted to share with you the ways to disconnect because they are quite useful I
2:01
would say. We've got the dashboard Bedtime Mode and Focus Mode and they will be as I said useful if
2:07
you need the time for yourself, if you need to rest, you want to sleep, you need to work
2:13
and so on and so on. Basically the time when you don't want to be distracted
2:17
So for example the Focus Mode. After tapping on it you can select Distracting Apps
2:23
So the apps from which you're receiving most notifications. You can mark them
2:27
So let me pretend that I received them from Google. You can set a schedule
2:32
So pick particular days and particular hours in which the schedule will be set
2:38
The mode will be on. And after tapping on Turn On Now your device will simply limit the notifications from those
2:45
particular apps. So that's quite a cool option as I said. Under it you've got the ways to reduce the interruptions so you've got the Manage Notifications
2:55
and Do Not Disturb Mode and under it you can enter the Parental Controls
3:00
So actually this is it. This is how to check total screen time in your OPPO Reno7 Lite
