I would like to demonstrate how you can scan a document and later transform it into a PDF

file on this device. So the quickest and the most convenient way to do that is by using the default Google

Drive application, not default but usually it comes pre-installed which is not true in

my case so open the Play Store if you as well as I do not have it and well, install the app

For some reason the Google Play Store says that something went wrong

Whatever it might happen, I'll relaunch the app

There are some problems with my account, oddly, but whatever, I'll quickly re-log into the

Google account. So now I'm finally able to proceed

So I can download and install the Google Drive app which as I've already mentioned you can

Already now we are ready to open it. Once opened, tap on this little plus sign over here at the bottom right corner, that's

where you usually have to look for it. Then go for the scan option, grant the camera permission to the Google Drive, then lay the

document in question in front of you. Make sure that it's flat and all aligned and what not

Then place it inside the viewfinder, make sure to take the best photo that you possibly

can and make sure that the document occupies the whole space of the viewfinder

Now preview which kind of picture you have taken, if you're satisfied with it proceed

by typing an OK, if not, retake it and go for the retry option

At the following page we can crop it to our liking, as you can see it is very poorly cropped

automatically so I will align it so the full and entire document will be in the frame

Then tap on the done option, then I'll actually want to rotate it like so, then tap on the

save button, once you're ready to save the file, rename if needed, change its destination

where it will be saved to if needed and then save. And here it is, getting uploaded to the drive and that's what kind of document we came with

As you can see it is a PDF file, it is a decent scan and all ready
