How to Turn On Sleep Tracking in SUUNTO Spartan Sport Wrist HR – Set Sleeping Hours / Sleep Target

Hi, in front of me I have Suunto Spartan Sport wrist HR and I'm going to show you how to

enable the sleep tracking on this device. First we need to press and hold the middle button to open the shortcuts menu, like this

Once the menu opens, scroll down and select the settings. Here scroll down, find the option called sleep and tap on it to select it

As you can see here we have the option called sleep tracking and we can enable it by tapping

on the switch next to it, like this. Or we can tap on the option itself and you will see this menu

Here we can basically set the typical hours in which we are sleeping

So let's press the middle button right here to continue and now we can set the hour on

which we're going to bed. To do it you can swipe up and down on the screen to set the hour, then minutes and once

you're done simply press the middle button to continue and now we can set the hour on

which we usually wake up. And to do it again swipe up and down on the screen and press the middle button to continue

And as you can see now the sleep tracking is enabled and it works between 10.45 and 7.40

We can also scroll down and here we have sleep target. Basically we can tap on this option and select the target for our sleep hours

So how many hours we would like to sleep usually and you can swipe up and down right

here to select the desired hours, like that. And then press middle button

And at the bottom you have option to enable auto do not disturb mode

So basically if you go to sleep it's gonna enable the auto do not disturb mode

You can also, I believe, tap on this option to set the hours for the auto do not disturb

mode like we did for the sleep tracking. And here we can set the starting hour, like that
