Basically if you want to use your own image or a picture as a watch face

Before we start, if you want to set an image as a watch face on this watch, your watch needs to be paired with a phone via the Huawei Health application

Once the devices are paired together, we can continue and now we can open the Huawei Health application on the phone that is paired with our watch

Once you open the app, tap on the devices icon and then select Honor Watch ES from the list of devices

Here scroll down, find the watch faces category. Once you find it, tap on more

If you don't see this category right here, it could be because when you installed the Huawei Health application for the first time, you selected a region that doesn't support this feature

Because when you install the app, you will need to select a region. You could try to change the region in settings or reinstall the app and select a different region

Once you see the watch faces category, tap on more. Here tap on mine and then select the gallery option, gallery watch face

Now we can create our custom watch face. We can tap on the plus button right here to add the background

You can select take a photo or gallery. If you tap on take photo, it will open the camera app. You can take a photo and use it as a watch face

If you select gallery, it will open the file manager and you can select the photo from the phone

I'm going to use the second option, allow the permission, open one of the folders and then select the picture

Once you select the photo, you will need to crop it. Basically, you can zoom in and zoom out and move the frame around

Basically, you need to select the part of the picture if the picture is too big to be on the watch face
