Welcome, and for a Sony-Ratomy Note 10 and today I'll show you how to record the screen on this phone
0:14
So get started, all you need to do is pull down the notification panel and find the screen recording toggle
0:20
which for me is on a second page right over here. And once you find it, you can either tap on it to immediately start recording, or you can hold it, go into the
0:29
settings right here and change a couple of them to suit your needs
0:34
So you have things like resolution, video, bitrate, orientation, sounds, frame rates and stuff
0:42
like that. So going quickly over those resolution, honestly, just keep it up to an ADP, don't even
0:49
consider the existence of the two below ones. Bitrate, the higher the bitrate you pick, the better the video will look like, but also the
1:00
spaces will take. So keep that in mind. 16 here looks to be the middle one. It will also
1:06
be I would say a fairly okay one It not going to be super crisp or anything but it also won look like its pixelated mess If you want you can drop it or not drop it but like higher to 24 32 if you want to
1:22
Anything above that I think might be a little bit excessive and it just wouldn't really be beneficial
1:29
Then below that, as you've seen, there's the orientation. So just the orientation of the phone, auto, in my opinion, is the best one because it will just define how you're holding the device and record in that way
1:40
So if you flip it over, it will automatically detect it and start recording it in a different orientation
1:45
Then you have sound source. So we have a mute, mic or sound system or system sound and the other way around
1:53
Unfortunately, there is no both options. So if you want to record a microphone and whatever the phone is making noise, you can, so you'll have to pick and choose
2:05
So, yeah, select whichever one you want. And then below that we have the frame rate
2:11
So it looks to be default to 24 Crank it up to 30
2:15
That six frames might not be much But still it will be a little bit better than 24
2:21
Unfortunately there is no 60 So that's a little bit of a shame
2:24
It makes it look a little bit outdated but it is what it is And honestly that basically all the most important options Another one that I would also mention is the show touch gestures
2:39
So whenever you tap on the screen, do anything so like me scrolling up and down
2:44
it will create a grayish dot, semi-transparent one, just to show on the recording where someone was pressing the screen
2:51
So if that is something that you want, then you can enable it
2:56
It will be okay in some kind of instructional recordings, but in gameplay, it might not be too good, in my opinion
3:04
So from there, once you have set it a lot, you can quit this, and go back to the toggle itself and tap on it
3:10
and this will immediately start recording, as you can see. So whatever I will do right now will be recorded by the phone
3:17
with an exception of couple apps. So if I were open, if I would open up Netflix, it actually wouldn't record it
3:27
So just putting that out there. There's a couple apps that you just can't record. Android has this stupid thing where there are certain apps that have basically the permission
3:37
to define what you can do with the device and what you can in a way So as an example there some apps that you probably are already aware When you try to capture a screenshot it just kind of will tell you nah you can do it
3:53
Same goes for recording. Although for recording, it will just create a black recording where it's just a completely black screen and nothing on it
4:02
And that goes for Netflix and basically every streaming platform. So yeah, now that we have actually seen
4:10
stops the recording. We can find that recording in our photo gallery or as it's called
4:15
here just gallery. And let me just go back. There we go. So from here you should
4:23
see this page like this one exactly here. So what you want to do is go to the
4:27
albums and videos and for all other is our recording. So let's just play it, allow. And as
4:34
can see it's now playing. So that's basically all it does. and where you can find the recording
4:44
So, much more to show. So, if you found this very helpful
