So before we get started we will need a couple of things like a cable, as I have one right here, plug it into your computer and then the second thing we will need is iTunes

Now if you're using Windows you will need to get it out of, download it from let's say

Apple site and if you're using a Mac then it should be all set, it should be already

pre-loaded there and once you plug the device in it will just automatically open

So once we have all of those, I have it already open as you can see on my computer, so all

As you can see now the buttons are not greyed out anymore so you can now click on restore
