down your control center from the top right side of the screen and if you see

hop on it and start recording but I believe this is actually disabled by default so to add this into your toggles you would need to navigate into

the settings then control center and you'll find it somewhere let me just

remove it we go so you should find it somewhere in here as you can see it

will be added in here once it added tap on it it starts to count down from three
