Welcome. I'm filming me as a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and today I'll show you
0:05
how you can record a screen on this phone. So to get started pull down your notifications, extend them and somewhere
0:17
between the toggles you will find the screen recording toggle. For me it's
0:20
right over here, right in the corner and I believe this is the default location
0:25
of the toggles so hopefully you can find yours in the same exact location. Once
0:30
you're located if you're doing this the first time around you can hold it and
0:34
this will take you to the settings where you can just see how it's all set. If you
0:38
need to change something go right ahead and do so. Now one of the things probably
0:43
that people might want to change is the sound. I'm kind of confused but... oh never mind. Media. There we go. So we have the media
0:56
and media and mic but for some other reason we don't have for instance just
1:02
mic. So a little bit of a bummer if you're planning to just do that but yeah
1:09
you have a choice right here. Now I'll mention one more thing if you're
1:13
planning to pick the media and mic I do recommend using something like earbuds
1:17
for this otherwise the microphone might be picking up the sound that is coming
1:21
from the speakers and it will create an unwanted echo effect. So thus earbuds
1:28
would be the best option right here. Or just record media instead of only. Now
1:34
another thing right here is the selfie side so you can choose if you want to
1:38
record your video with a selfie and this will be the actual size that is on
1:44
this screen. So if you want it to be smaller just choose a size and the
1:49
actual toggle for the selfie camera will be visible once you start recording. And
1:53
probably another and one of the more important options will be the video
1:56
quality. We are set to high which is good. If you're set to anything else I would
2:02
recommend probably changing it to high 1080p. This will ensure that you have
2:06
fairly good video quality when you're recording it. 720p might be a little bit
2:12
blurry later on if you're viewing it especially on like a normal sized
2:16
monitor. It might not look as great but 1080p should be good enough. And one
2:23
more thing it doesn't look like we have any kind of frame rates here so that's a
2:27
little bit again of a bummer. There's a couple additional toggles which you can
2:31
go through and set them up if you want to. The only thing that I will turn on as
2:35
these show taps and touches so you can kind of see how that looks like on a
2:39
recording and you can then decide if you want to use this or not. So anyway let's
2:46
just tap on the toggle now. It gives us the sound recording and the show taps
2:50
and touches options here as well but I already set it up to be as I want to
2:56
There we go. As you can see it's now recording and you can see this kind of
3:01
dot that is following my finger. This is the show taps and touches option. It
3:06
simply just records where you were touching the display so it's visible on
3:11
the video that you create. Obviously you can open up any kind of app from here
3:18
You can also pause the recording by tapping on these two bars that were here
3:23
You can resume it. You can draw on the screen. Add the selfie camera
3:32
And obviously stop it. Now once you stop the screen recording it gets
3:40
automatically saved to your photos application or gallery in this case. So
3:45
we can open that up. There is only one thing as you can see right here but you can also locate it in albums and it will create a screen recording album. When you
3:53
tap on it obviously you can watch the screen recording from here. So I'm just
3:58
going to let it play out. So as you can see the screen recording option and if you found this very
4:24
helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
